- FLL action including all three aircraft types operated by Spirit! (this was filmed before the A320neo's were delivered) This video shows aircraft painted in the old silver livery, the blue livery, and the new banana livery!
Spirit, jetBlue, and Southwest operate tons of flights daily out of FLL. Southwest tends to use the north runway while jetBlue and Spirit use this runway (10R).
We'll keep the Christmas-themed ending screens going for a little while longer!

Sorry for the late reply. But thanks!! The sloped runway is always cool to see! It's even cooler to drive on that road near the end of 10R and actually drive underneath the runway! Personally I like the silver livery, not sure about my fellow Horizon members. ~BJG
I find the tile livery more satisfying than that horrible banana yellow color
The classic livery was definitely cool. The "intermediate" one with the blue wasn't so bad either.
I tried my Waze app on my flight home Friday on an A321. On take off the plane rotated around 138 mph and then the Waze app speed maxed out at 143 mph and wouldnt go any higher.
It then gave me a speeding alert that I was going 143 in a 45.

Most of the info you need is always in the description (which takes *a lot* of effort to make). We take the time to make detailed descriptions to avoid answering the same questions over and over. So, as indicated in the description, this was filmed from the Greenbelt observation area.
Spirit is hated for good reason. They are officially the worst airline in the US because their service is terrible. But, their flights are pretty cheap, which is useful for people who just need to get from point A to point B.
