Yo, I love this track SO much. 0:57:13 the tension in the opening segment is super intense, and the wonky dark vibe as it goes on is just fucking perfect, and most perfectly encapsulates the theme of the show imo.
Alisa Okehazama is honestly my favorite artist in this OST. I can't quite nail one reason either, I like her use of dark, but punchy tunes, using Metal, EDM, and trace amounts of other genres to convey a powerful and interesting song.

Like I have the idea that you watch the anime with a different eye view, more as in a comparison.... @@Soldiertjj I haven't read the JJK manga itself but I have read other manga that have later been animated. In my opinion, for a manga reader watching the anime there is a different type of excitement. For an anime-only there is the excitement of "what's going to happen next?" but for manga readers, the excitement is of how the studio will animate their favorite scenes, fights, characters, etc.

Track 3 and 4 really make me miss the occult club. I knew they wouldn't show up further, but with how in sync they were and the good friendship they had, I really hoped for (knowing there wouldn't be one) some more appearances from them after the incident :'D
Original sound, style, and vibe layered atop a foundation of proven shonen elements and staples for inspiration, Jujutsu is a winner. Demon Slayer also hit big with this combo and just from the trailer Chainsaw Man looks like it has high potential to land the same combo.
@Valor Exiledgiven that the winter clothes/cold air indicates taking place during winter/winter period, a popular theory among manga readers is that the 2nd ED couldn't have taken place (given the time period of events both in anime and manga not reaching winter yet), and so this is ultimately a fake dream of yuji's or a representation of his ideals. I think this plays well with the way the ed is framed with Yuuji holding the camera for the majority of the run time, as if showing him to be looking in at the memory rather than being in it, untill the end. also ur interpretation is very valid :)

Yo, I love this track SO much. 0:57:13 the tension in the opening segment is super intense, and the wonky dark vibe as it goes on is just fucking perfect, and most perfectly encapsulates the theme of the show imo.
Finally someone else who likes the unsettling feeling of this song, love this track the tension is crazy
Alisa Okehazama is honestly my favorite artist in this OST.
I can't quite nail one reason either, I like her use of dark, but punchy tunes, using Metal, EDM, and trace amounts of other genres to convey a powerful and interesting song.

@@Soldiertjj I haven't read the JJK manga itself but I have read other manga that have later been animated. In my opinion, for a manga reader watching the anime there is a different type of excitement. For an anime-only there is the excitement of "what's going to happen next?" but for manga readers, the excitement is of how the studio will animate their favorite scenes, fights, characters, etc.

Track 3 and 4 really make me miss the occult club. I knew they wouldn't show up further, but with how in sync they were and the good friendship they had, I really hoped for (knowing there wouldn't be one) some more appearances from them after the incident :'D
Original sound, style, and vibe layered atop a foundation of proven shonen elements and staples for inspiration, Jujutsu is a winner. Demon Slayer also hit big with this combo and just from the trailer Chainsaw Man looks like it has high potential to land the same combo.

@Valor Exiledgiven that the winter clothes/cold air indicates taking place during winter/winter period, a popular theory among manga readers is that the 2nd ED couldn't have taken place (given the time period of events both in anime and manga not reaching winter yet), and so this is ultimately a fake dream of yuji's or a representation of his ideals. I think this plays well with the way the ed is framed with Yuuji holding the camera for the majority of the run time, as if showing him to be looking in at the memory rather than being in it, untill the end.
