I have a lumbar region that used to pop deep with my girl standing on it. She lost 30 pounds and just isn’t heavy enough now! I’m close to taking an ad out for 150 pound person to stand on my back. I’ve thought of creating some sort of pully device with weights on it to crack myself! Yes, the relief is real and docs like Alex are gems! 🙏❤️

Every patient is different I like to take my time with patients be able to explain what I see from x-rays to the recommendations I want to do for treatments so they can understand better.🙏
