Mega Man 4 - Toad Man (buster only, no damage) method 2: quick kill

Besides most commonly used strategy shown in the previous video, here''s another way to beat Toad Man, this one is mostly known for being used in speedruns. It's pretty simple: as he raises his arms, fire at him. When he's hit, he'll get back to his steady position. Once he raises arms again (not earlier, if you hit him before his arms go up he'll jump towards you), hit him again. However, if you're going for mega (charged) buster shots, keep in mind that the time between your hit and his arms raise is just barely enough to charge your buster to full power. If you're a moment late with your buster shot, he'll just flush you with his acid rain. If you feel the timing is too tight and don't wanna risk or can't get a hang of it, you can always just shoot him with an ordinary, uncharged buster. It's going to be longer but it's definitely safer. Also, this strat is good for no miss, if I didn't use rapid fire at the very end and fired just 1 buster shot instead, it'd be no miss.
