*RARE* Journey on Route 246 | 36612 (YX16OKP) | Stagecoach Selkent

The first daytime working of an MMC on 246 was quite the experience! Whilst the current allocation consists of ex-Rainham Enviro200s, they are limited as they are a 3 speed gearbox that can’t handle above 50mph. Whereas these Enviro200MMCs that are 4 speed can handle the speed and are shorter which ultimately means the weight of the vehicle is much less. Giving the bus more of a chance to go. One thing for sure is 8.9m buses on this route is certainly not a good idea as the route can get busy! If you see the end part of the video, all seats were taken! Amazing 246 MMC bus ride Plasma! My favourite bus in London & without a doubt a *Rare appearance as these are mainly allocated on 146 or even 336.
