Video helped a lot. Actually made the game relatively playable. Shame the graphics have to be downgraded from my fifa 23 setting to be playable though. Only issue now is the huge controller lag when playing online.
Anyone facing an issue where the controller randomly stops working ingame(its not disconnected) and every time i have to manually disconnect the usb cable and then reconnect it for it to work.

This definitely helps....I had only one problem , stuttering issue in transition from gameplay to cinematic,that was terrible... gameplay is smooth on ultra,have 100+ fps on 1440 p,but that stuttering was terrible...and I hope they will patch game to remove it, because I can play on ultra,don't want to go down on medium on my PC :)

@@redempire824 sure,but when I started the game I set it to 90fps am on 60 fresh rates, when I set it back to 60fps everything works good so those complaining need to make sure they are on i7 4 cores and 8 threads or more Fifa is CPU intensive game.

I've found the perfect settings for me everything on medium, hair strands on. 144hz, no limit on fps, vsync on. Also made cutscene quality full frame rate. GPU doesn't even reach above 50 most the time. I've got a 4060.

It is because of the 120 hz... in fifa 23 it was on 60 hz .... use it and youll see the diferrence.. i have a rtx 4080 and a very nice processor and i had that issue.... With 60 hz i play even in 4k and ultra an its awesome.

There was still plenty of people who had these issues for the past two games as well. EA simply don't care. They don't optimize the game for PC.

it could be your power supply being too low wattage

I found turning to borderless windowed mode was what solved most of my issues with lag or stuttering
If I turn off vsync i get lags but If I turn it on there is an input lag so what's the problem there? I play on a 60hz monitor.

i have a temporary fix for the performance... Go to nvidia settings, choose EA FC 24, and in vsync use adaptive (half framerate) and be happy :)
Nvidia is not recognizing EA FC 24 as a game, what should I do?
