1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
3 boiled mash potatoes
1 tsp oil

2 tbsp chop capcicum
2 tbsp chop beans
2 tbsp chop carrot
1 chop onion
curry leaves
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp kashmiri mirch powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
