I like the music and don't find it distracting at all, which is weird because I never like background music. This "music", however, is so non-distinct and stays in the background, and non-chaotic that it I like it.
I find the music very non-distracting. Its like a soft blanket to gently fill in the spaces. However I found the woman showed during the Venus-outerplanet transits to be pleasantly distracting. 😅
I agree that the music is too loud and a bit melodramatic but some of us have extremely sensitive brains that are always scanning the environment so it's overstimulating for many of us. The tropical zodiac is based off of the equinoxes and solstices; that's when the four cardinal signs begin. Actually the terms "cardinal" "fixed" and "mutable" refer to the sun's motion across the four seasons. When the sun starts a new direction its cardinal, then it stays "fixed" in that direction, then when it's about to change direction it's mutable. The constellations themselves are labels given in the ancient times to remind of the positions of the zodiac and describe some of their qualities.

Vedic astrology seems to take this into account, doesn't it? I agree with you, by the way. Perplexing, but I suspect most astrologers aren't trained in astronomy though you'd think it would have more of a bearing on the "sky view" as it now stands. Good question.

at 20:22 my gut twisted. My region is recovering from Hurricane Helene, which hit us on Sept. 27th. The tropical astrologers refer to current the seasonal, astrological sign of Libra. However, the planets will be positioned in the star constellation of Virgo. Very confusing. In antiquity the seasonal signs and constellation names coincided, but no longer do they line up. Vedic astrology works with the star constellations ( not seasonal signs)
And, Whole House astrology has a different interpretation than House Systems like Placidus. It's good to read WHICH they are using.. IF the astrologer provides it. 👍

I like the music and don't find it distracting at all, which is weird because I never like background music. This "music", however, is so non-distinct and stays in the background, and non-chaotic that it I like it.
I find the music very non-distracting. Its like a soft blanket to gently fill in the spaces. However I found the woman showed during the Venus-outerplanet transits to be pleasantly distracting. 😅
I agree that the music is too loud and a bit melodramatic but some of us have extremely sensitive brains that are always scanning the environment so it's overstimulating for many of us. I love Dan's content which is rich and I think it stands for itself. His production quality is so high and so professional and perhaps something more ambient and quiet or would work better and wouldn't distract us as much. Again we all have different brain styles.

Allowance has been made for the Precession. Thus 1 April is no longer the start of Aries in the Tropical Zodiac.
The tropical zodiac is based off of the equinoxes and solstices; that's when the four cardinal signs begin. Actually the terms "cardinal" "fixed" and "mutable" refer to the sun's motion across the four seasons. When the sun starts a new direction its cardinal, then it stays "fixed" in that direction, then when it's about to change direction it's mutable. The constellations themselves are labels given in the ancient times to remind of the positions of the zodiac and describe some of their qualities.

Vedic astrology seems to take this into account, doesn't it? I agree with you, by the way. Perplexing, but I suspect most astrologers aren't trained in astronomy though you'd think it would have more of a bearing on the "sky view" as it now stands. Good question.

at 20:22 my gut twisted. My region is recovering from Hurricane Helene, which hit us on Sept. 27th. A lot of our recovery efforts have been at the hands of grassroots organizations/community donations. We Appalachians are scrappy, resilient people and we're under a LOT of stress. Vedic astrology is more accurate IMHO.
The tropical astrologers refer to current the seasonal, astrological sign of Libra. However, the planets will be positioned in the star constellation of Virgo. Very confusing. In antiquity the seasonal signs and constellation names coincided, but no longer do they line up. Vedic astrology works with the star constellations ( not seasonal signs)
And, Whole House astrology has a different interpretation than House Systems like Placidus.
It's good to read WHICH they are using.. IF the astrologer provides it. 👍
