    Nice tracking and trail,
Looks like skies are completely blown out 😀
Was that clip taken with auto WB ? any exposure settings ?

The drone is at 4k 30 fps, H264, which is what it came set to. I haven’t tried playing with any of the camera settings yet. The GoPro is set to 1080 30 fps, protune on, -1 EV comp, white balance of 5000k, ISO min 1000, ISO max 3200, sharpness medium, color is flat. I'll admit these settings confuse me so all I did was find another mtb RUclipsr that had a video on how they set up their GoPro camera and followed what they did. I also don't use color adjustment stuff in DaVinci Resolve as that's way out of my skill set.

@@BradyLikesBikes The GO pro seems fine , but the X1 sky in between the trees is completely blown - see the weird color...

Hey. Cool footage. What was the top speed on this run?

About 12 mph, so nothing too fast. I’ve been wanting to test the speed of it with my road bike, but it’s been rainy and cold every day since I went mountain biking.

Wow that is really impressive! Would you say the beacon is worth it?

It definitely did better following someone with the beacon than without. I’ll probably pick up some joysticks and see how well it works with those, with someone flying it.

@@BradyLikesBikes thank you for your reply. that is great to know that the beacon is really an additional help in increasing the follow capabilities. did u make a test up to what speed the drone can track you?

We got up to about 12 mph with it following us successfully. Tried going faster on some other trails but it was struggling a little bit with the tight vegetation. If I accelerated too quickly, like sprinting to hit a jump or a drop, it had a little trouble going from chill ride to warp speed, but if I ramped up my speed gradually it did better.
I was hoping to play with it some more over the weekend with my road bike, but it was raining and in the 40s. I’m going mountain biking on Wednesday after work so I’ll try some more shots with it then. Hopefully I can figure out audio with the beacon too!
