It should be punishable if the player goes down, like he has been shot, off the slightest touch (or no touch, on most occasions) It spoils the game and wastes more time than anything else. Its a joke how easy players go down these days. It should also be punishable of they start surrounding the ref waving their hands gesturing for cards to be produced
