If I may make a suggestion...please inform new buyers of the two metal stakes that were cut off near that large tree. If they decide to cut down trees and have a stump grinder contractor grind up the trunk, it will ruin their equipment when they hit the stake. Most stump grinder businesses owners are small, independent folks and this would be a major expense for them. I always enjoy your videos.

You could move some of those dead logs around the closest fire pit to house . This would make an inviting place to have cook outs, by making places to sit with the logs.

Wiggle those t-posts side to side, then pull straight up on them. If they're tough we always used an old car bumper jack and piece of chain or strong rope to pull them on out. No need to buy a special t-post puller. Of course pretty much nothing works when you got a root totally grown around the post!
Another fine day Out in the Country!

You guys are doing a lot of hard work. You've got to be feeling a huge sense of accomplishment. I hope you sell your property for a lot more money then you paid, because you've earned it. I don't know how much more you're planning on doing, but make sure you don't end up being burned out, because when you reach that point, it's hard to get your stamina back again. We did a huge amount of work on our house and we both got so burned out from it. That was years ago and we haven't done anything since. At the very least, we've got to do some painting before we sell this place. We are now retired and don't have any plans of buying another property unless it's at a retirement community. This year we will be spending our winter in Arizona in a travel trailer. We are trying to look forward to it, but our three cats are coming with us. Just this morning, two of them had a fight over territory and I'm wondering how one of those battles will work out in a smaller travel trailer. The whole trailer is the size of one big room.

Thank you. It was a hard decision to move. We had to really be sure we were willing to walk away from everything here but we believe that in the end it will be for the best. Ashley especially needs the peace, not to mention that it's hard making videos with that noise going on ;) I still look at the building and think about it. But at the same time we are looking forward to what is ahead and there will be plenty of projects to keep us busy I'm sure.

I do hope that whoever buys the property restores and remodels the school house into a home that retains its history and charm. The school house has such potential. I was really looking forward to seeing it become a lovely home. Good luck selling your property and finding your perfect peaceful new home.
