Great video and very timely for me. While this is a comparison video do you mind sharing your workflow? I have a geen screen recording and removed the background in Resolve but don't see any opinions in HeGen AI Studio to overlay assets onto the black screen. Love that industrial looking background btw
We are using Synthesia since almost 6months (Enterprise) for Support Videos, Avatars ChatBot and Marketing…… The quality of the Avatars and quality of translation on Synthesia was for us much better.
Oh that is good to hear. Did you also do a direct comparison between Synthesia and Heygen generated videos? I'm wondering what you did differently to have a better result. Or maybe it's because on Enterprise you can export in 4k and therefore don't see much of a quality difference?
Even the paid version of 11Labs has monthly character limit which means limit on video generation if we aren't talking about recording our own voice right
If you want to use Elevenlabs, then yes you would be limited to the character limit there. But don't forget that Heygen and Synthesia have tons of included voices that you can also choose from and they are included in the plans already. So the limit there is only your credits (which is unlimited in Heygen)
Another quewstion, is the avatar that I created in Heygen on free version going to continue as one of the three avatars in paid model or do I get 3 new avatars
Yes I think it's going to be one of the AI avatars in the paid version. But as mentioned later in the video, you can redo your AI avatar 5 times per month for each of the 3 slots, so don't worry about the test avatar ;)
You didn't mention the new expressive/face emotion aspects in Synthesia... Most synthesia generated avatars look more convincing to me. That said, your Heygen example with your own avatar was *much* better than the Synthesia one, and that's my use case.

How did you create that background
For the avatar, can we just upload an image, then let heygen animate the image to talk for real? Or we need to upload a video for the avatar?
