19-year-old shot dead in car, man assaulted in same parking lot moments before

- RENTON, Wash. - Renton police are searching for answers after finding a 19-year-old man shot dead in his vehicle Saturday night.
According to police, officers responded to reports of a shooting in the parking lot of El Muchacho Alegre at 111 Airport Way just before 10 p.m. and found the man in his car. Officers tried lifesaving measures while waiting for aid, but the man died.
Officers said they found another victim who was physically assaulted in the parking lot by a group of men during their shooting investigation. The victim said those who assaulted him were ranging in age from 25-50 years old.

If you believe in defunding the police, then you have no right whatsoever to blame the police for trying to do their job. In today's political world (yes, I went there!) You can practically get away with murder. Our current so-called belligerent leader can't even recite his A,B,C,'s. Do you honestly expect him to save or protect the honor of your slayed loved ones?!?! I completely believe that everyone has a right to their beliefs & opinions. However, if you believe in defunding police, first responders, doctors, etc., then, you have absolutely no right to expect first responders, including police, EMT's, Doctors, nurses, firefighters, etc., to come to your aid. You can't have your cake & eat it too!!!!
Honestly my thoughts exactly!!! You can have two sides of a coin. You either refund the police and protect yourself, or actually have a safe community because of law and order. 😮💨😔
