And this is the Quirkless Deku just channeling Stain's conviction! And the fear he caused all of Class 1-A just shows all he needs is the conviction to be a force for Good or Evil.
Just imagine you’re Bakugo This weak quirkless kid you know that you bullied all your life and the last you saw of them was something around the lines of idk Telling them to go jump off a roof And now image your training to be a hero you’ve gone through some things and your teacher tells you they have captured a villian who was willing to teach the students what to expect And the villain is the kid you bullied He’s different, he’s dressed differently Is acting different, has completely abandoned the person they once were And then they start singing about how it’s basically your fault that they are like this

I love the bit where Izuku takes on Stain's aura of fear and determination, the cycle of hatred and absolute power continues and it's exactly what he needs to put the fear into the others. Fucking iconic.
I love the art style, the details, the costume designs, and the intensity of their emotions. My favorite part is when deku releases his bloodlust, it was intense and powerful. Just beautiful!
Ah~ the real lesson that the class will take from this (or at least I hope they take from this). Is that villains are not born but made. All it takes is for people to turn their backs on each other, sleight each other time after time, and it all adds up. If a kid could go from hero fanboy to dangerous villain all because people belittled him, cursed him, and told him he isn't worth it. Then the question stands then: what would happen if he got the support he wanted/needed? And if he could turn into what he is today how many more people become villains and criminals because society wronged them one to many times? Hopefully the class will ask "is there such a thing as a useless person, a villainous quirk, or a lost cause?" because if they do and they reach out when they can, then maybe just maybe they can stop the "Next Deku" from happening.
I can agree with that, I once was treated like ‘deku’ due to how different I saw things and like to get help to understand things. But I was belittle for many things from a lot of people. If it wasn’t for the teachers in my life and the few friends that I had, I may have became like the deku in this AU. Why isn't this a fanfic? Why, cruel wooorld?!XD Because seriously: this animatic was awesome, and the premise is amazing, too. I've read/seen plenty of Villain Deku stories, but I like one where said Deku is given the position he has in this - made the better by the fact he was trained by Stain after HE saved his life. Given what you explained, i'd like to think the reason he and Deku parted ways when his training was probably over was because, despite everything, he saw the exact same thing all versions of the Hero Killer see in Izuku: the potential of a TRUE Hero, even if the title isn't used. And he didn't want him leading the same life of death, and murder he leads, but for him to follow his own path. He may have changed to have a similar philosophy as Stain, but his hands still shouldn't be 'stained' with any spilled blood. Like any father, the surrogate only wanted what he thought was best for the surrogate son. And in the end, Deku did make his own path, and he's still making it even now. He had to use the LOV, and is probably using UA, but it coincides with his desires. So he has no problem sharing his philosophy with "aspiring young, new heroes in training" so they can learn more about reality than what their teachers tell them. The world is cruel. The world is ugly. But there are times, and there are ways in which the world is not. And it's the only world we got. Doesn't mean that it's a kind, generous, fair or just world to anyone. Only Death itself is the ultimate fairness in reality, same as fate - and noone will ever see both play favorites.

I was wondering if there was gonna be more explanation to this AU. It's a wonderful concept and I like that he was taught by Stain and not the VL, it made it slightly more realistic, to me at least.

Been repeatedly watching this and the other Villain Deku Animatics and just felt like I had to mention it but the expressions change at 3:00-3:02 is just perfect. I love it so much, perfectly portrais how I imagine Deku's expression as Stain-type villain scaring others.
There should be a parallel time line to the actual show where the only differences are deku refused all might and was trained by the hero killer on how to fight

A while ago I found this video said "that looks cool" then I scrolled through the comments and found a link to the story and read it all. And now I finally found this video again and I can now say damn both this video and that story is amazing.
First of all, thank you, I discovered the fanfiction Deku the quirkless villain (I saw it in the comments) thank to your video, I didn't know it and now I love it! Second, your animatic is really good!! The music you chose really suits it (the "me among the mighty" made me think about All Might, so with the context and all I find it ironic / nostalgic from this Deku), and oh boy the facial expressions and body language are well done, it's easy to understand their feelings and the atmosphere! Thank you for this animatic! :D
This part of the animatic is based in that chapter where deku teach the class 1a and I really wanted to show the feelings and faces izuko do in that part where he release his bloodlust to the class and tell them YOU ARE ALL HEROES RIGHT! and all the class was very afraid of him but in this part of the animatic is change it the phrase for come on little ones open up your eyes

I’m guessing that part of the reason Midoriya used Stain’s killing intent aura because he saw that some of them weren’t taking him seriously.

First of all, thank you, I discovered the fanfiction Deku the quirkless villain (I saw it in the comments) thank to your video, I didn't know it and now I love it!
Second, your animatic is really good!! The music you chose really suits it (the "me among the mighty" made me think about All Might, so with the context and all I find it ironic / nostalgic from this Deku), and oh boy the facial expressions and body language are well done, it's easy to understand their feelings and the atmosphere!

This part of the animatic is based in that chapter where deku teach the class 1a and I really wanted to show the feelings and faces izuko do in that part where he release his bloodlust to the class and tell them YOU ARE ALL HEROES RIGHT! and all the class was very afraid of him but in this part of the animatic is change it the phrase for come on little ones open up your eyes
