What if in the home, any previous Electrician, join Neutral to Earthing internally. So now, if I starts checking, there will be one phase (Right One) and Two Neutral.
So in both the case lamp will glow?

As per safety standards the neutral - earth voltage difference should be inside 2.5% of the rated supply voltage and as per Indian standards it should be within 0 to 6 volts. 0 volt is ideal but practically impossible. Ground conductivity can be improved by digging a pit around the area where the earth rod is Buried and backfilling the pit with coal and salt mixture.

अगर वायरिंग करने वाला मिस्तरी वायरिंग करने के समय रनिंग अर्थ वायर को न्यूट्रल तार से जोड़ दिया हो तो फेज-अर्थ कनेक्शन में भी टेस्ट लैंप ग्लो करेगा और हम समझेंगे कि अर्थिंग ठीक है हालाँकि अर्थिंग रहेगी ही नहीं
उपाय - जब हमें अर्थ और फेज के बीच टेस्ट करना हो तो टेस्ट के पहले मेन स्वीच के पास से न्यूट्रल तार को खोल दें उसके बाद ही यह टेस्ट करें जिससे आप ऊपर बताए धोखे से बच जाएंगे

i use to do electrical work with gloves but after years of experience i only found the are use less for a professional cuz we do not make mistakes and we are not grounded also so thats not a big deal and i have touched 240 v ac with bare hands that is not dangerous until you will complete the circuit within your vital organs on one hand or finger at even maximum it will leave some very tiny burn marks like few scratches
any way you are right for a person who don't daily deal with high voltage

अगर multimeter mai phase aur earthing ok hone k baad test lamp lagatahu tu trip ho raha hai uska kya reson ho sakta hai
Thats the working principle of elcb....when connect phase or neutral by direct or by a device elcb must trip
wrong information
agar erthing ok hogi to
bulb humesha dim jalega.
agar full jal raha hai ti erthing ok nahi hai
Then check with a bulb connect phase of elcb out and neutral from elcb in....what happend ?
test lamp connection not proper (short circuit )

This viedo is must important for me because I am doing test . I know how to test Neutral and Phase by using Lamp. But I did not know how to test whether there is Earth wire. By watching the Video I have learnt how to test if there is Earth wire is connected or not by using Lamp and Multimeter . Thank you very much. I am in UAE these days .
