Break graham crackers into pieces. Set aside. 2. Peel and cut mangoes into cubes. Set aside some of the mango cubes and the rest will be made into a puree. 3. To make mango puree. Put mango cubes and 2 tbsp evaporated milk or water into the blender. Processed until smooth. Transfer into a bowl and set aside. 4. In a bowl combine evaporated milk, condensed milk and mango puree. Mix well and set aside. 5. In another bowl beat all-purpose cream over high speed until it double in volume. Gradually add in milk and mango mixture. Beat again until well combined. 6. Fold in chunks of graham crackers and mango cubes into the cream. 7. Pour ¾ of the mixture into a disposable cup. Cover cups with aluminum foil. Cut a slit at the center of aluminum foil. Slide popsicle stick on the slit at the center until only half of the popsicle stick is visible. Freeze until frozen. 8. Once frozen to remove it from the cups lightly press the cup to loosen and then gently twist the popsicle stick and pull out the ice cream. Ready to serve. Yields: 18 mango graham ice cream Enjoy! hindi ba nagyeyelo kapag may evap milk? nakagawa Na kasi ako ng ice cream pero all purpose cream+condensed milk lang. Di ko pa po natry yung may evap 😁
Puwede naman po kahit hindi na i-chill 'yung evap basta 'yung all-purpose cream kailangan i-chill para madali lang po siya mag-volume kapag i-beat ng hand mixer.

what if walang hand mixer ?
Ichill niyo muna sa ref yung cream tapos wire whisks po ang gamitin sa pag-beat.
