i still remember World 2021, Mad Lions vs Damwon in the semi-finals, Mad Lions jungler had the lead as Jarvan but instead of going for Sterak's Gage second item, he went for Black Cleaver and because of that he gave a big shutdown to Damwon ADC, they eventually lost the game off of that

That being said it’s actually better to play more games to get more information about the meta and work into form than have two easy matches into then only one series and make the knockout stage

Could very well happen. I would of bet my house on C9 vs NRG yet they still managed to 3-1 them. NRG is like that bad team thats able to suprise superior teams. I don't know how they do it.
BO1s are chaotic since weaker teams have slightly better chances of winning if they can cheese properly in the early. The only problem is that stronger teams are also good at playing even when they're behind.

So the plan is DWG beat G2, then G2 go against BLG who somehow lose to KT, they lose, and then G2 play like NRG/C9 who get the NA we are about to get eliminated buff and G2 go 0:3 and the suffering will be over in 3 days and we can enjoy rest of worlds without the excruciating pain that is having hope.
if g2 does end up playing c9 then g2 wins even at their worst, they can auto-beat c9, NRG will be much different as they play much better as a team overall than c9.

The draw sistem is pretty weird, i mean, the pool 4 should be the weakest, but is the only one NA free, so basically the strongest....
Pool seeding should disappear entirely. Or, at least make a point system based on previous international performance. Putting NRG next to JDG and GenG feels wrong on so many levels.

Let's say all teams on the left win, who do they play against? Is it based on tier and a good team gets a bad one?
probably another draw but 1-0 will fight 1-0... 0-1 will fight 0-1 then 2-0 fight fellow 2-0,... 1-1 vs 1-1 and so on
Ok so basicly : team play vs the teams that have the same score (and i think it's a draw to know who exactly)
Exemple : imagine jdg, mad, kt, gen (and other teams) win first day you will have [jdg, mad, kt, gen, ...] in 1/0 so on 2nd round they draw to know the matchups like jdg vs kt and mad vs gen. And in the other hand you have [gam, bds, blg, c9, ...] in 0/1 so they draw to know who play againts who like gam vs c9 and bds vs blg.
The braquet at 0:40 may be more clear than what i'm saying : every column is a round, matchups are draw (or not if not needed) within teams that have the same score ; 3 wins you go advence ; 3 lost you are out of worlds.
