Hello my friends, how are you? No, really, how are you? It's a good question, right? Because today we are looking at the IELTS Speaking Part 3 TOPIC of HEALTH. We are going to look at some language, vocabulary, idioms and pronunciation to help you talk confidently on this topic, all about health

Use technology to treat patients at a distance (elderly)
China’s search engine Bai du allows for online booking of appointments to see a doctor
Better equipment - training for staff
Bigger investment from the government
Education of the general public on preventive care
Re-thinking where the doctor is a part of the team, not the centre
Self-monitoring - holistic approach - more collaboration with alternative medicine suppliers (such as homeopathy, acupuncture, Chinese medicine…)

In Vietnam, if we were talking about females, especially the ones in their thirties, they are passionate about doing pilates and yoga. It's got the calming effect and has far-reaching effects for the cardiovascular system.
In the case of children, they prefer going for a stroll or playing sports like basketball and soccer o get fit. Young adults and teenagers are obsessed with the gym at the same time in order to get lean and stay in shape

Some people say that going for a stroll at a leisurely pace doesn't help to stay in shape, however, I believe when jogging, swimming, running, or climbing feel boring, then it's a great idea to go for a walk or stroll. If we are talking about serious physical exercise, then obviously doing karate, yoga, pilates, and going to gyms come in front which are widespread trend nowadays. As we are drowing in health articles, and going through hypes, it is becoming increasingly difficult to identify solid information from a big build up of informative articles. With the growing trend of digitalised healthcare, and loads of information, myths, and hypes out there, it can have a detrimental impact in our society if we fail to monitor and direct the situation in proper way.

In my country people don't usually enroll to fitness clubd ,they spend their time gardening or looking after livestock. Another group of people exercise engaging themselves in agriculture : planting and taking care of their crops(Uzbekistan)

It is the best lesson around the world for me.
I fell asleep with my headphone listening to this video. Your voice, sir keith, at first was like a white noise while I was trying to internalize your topic, it made me relax and later on your voice turned into some sort of a lullabye. I woke up later on, startled with the youtube ad blaring on the background so I had to restart the video all over again. 😴😑

When it comes to Vietnamese people, they tend to adopt a balanced diet, which is rich in vitamins and minerals. Also, they have consumed greens or superfoods instead of eating high calories food or fizzy drink
