TRUE Skool, Milwaukee’s Center for transformative arts and Hip Hop Culture is located in the center of the city off of the Milwaukee River that runs through Downtown to Lake Michigan. As a result, our creative youth come from neighborhoods all over the city. Additionally, our network and relationships with the environmental sector serve as a strong support system for information, leadership and expanded resources.

Cae Riesling - MC, Producer, Engineer, and writer. From an early age I was always exposed to music, my mom would put on music when I sleep, it was always a part of my life. I grew up listening to Rock & RnB music, as I got older, I exposed myself more to hip hop and fell in love with it. As an artist now I hover in between those genres, mixing what I love. I often include guitar samples, heavy rock drums, while also keeping the flows and style of rap & RnB music. I am an intern at TRUE Skool. It has taught me to care for the environment in a way I didn’t before and given me opportunities that I would have never thought possible.

Neveah Riesling- MC, poet, and a writer. I’m inspired by a lot of music such as Hip Hop overall, R&B, rap, and much more. My style of music varies a lot. I’m quite versatile when it comes to writing songs whether it be R&B or rapping, I embrace it all and put my best foot forward. I am also a TRUE Skool student and it has put me in a position to get more knowledge as well as build my music platform, expand my music knowledge, and know the history of Hip Hop and where it came from.
