I'm from the US, but currently serving in El Salvador as a missionary for a year. I'm only 19, and this has been the longest time away from home. Culture shock, stress, anxiety, self-esteem, and homesickness can sometimes get in the way of what I'm here to do, and when I realize it does, I feel guilty. Sometimes I don't understand why I'm here-- why has God has brought me here? He could have picked someone better, but He still uses me despite my insecurities and flaws. When I listen to this, "you pick up my pieces and put me back together", it makes me feel worthy again in God's eyes. This song has given me more strength, confidence, and made me feel so loved by our Creator. When I go and work with my kids here in El Salvador, listening to this song beforehand almost gives me new energy and reminds me that GOD is the one equipping me for this work, that I don't need to glue myself back together, but God puts the pieces back for me. Thank you.

At 19 years old I was very lost and it took me a long time to realize how much I needed the Lord in my life. God has us all in different places for HIS will and purpose, and everyday we pick up our cross and follow HIM. Thank you for reminding me that it's not always easy or comfortable......but no matter what HE is faithful, HE loves us, HE defends, HE goes before us, HE.......🙌❤️🙏 praying for you.

This girls voice, brings me to tears every. time. Shes so talented.
I have been in that place of brokenness. Caught in the briers on the hillside. Crying in pain and lost. Till God my Father, Jesus my Shepherd came after me. He heard my cry and untangled the briers and brought me home. He closed the emotional doors I was not able to close by myself. He restored me to wholeness. This song is it.
I lost my mum almost two months to cancer, she was 46 years old and such a lover of Christ. This song has helped me sooo much since she passed away, really lifted my head above the pain and helped me slowly heal. It's still a day by day process and my heart still aches that she isn't here, but I often get pictures of her dancing before the Lord and this song has opened my eyes and heart to receiving from Him.
Chloe Clements be strong and keep your faith. If she was a lover of Christ she is in a Paradise without sadness or pain now. Celebrate her life. I know loss can be hard and worse if we make it so. I'm praying for you today. Be blessed

This song saved me again. It brought me back to God.
I had a dream one night when I was going through quite alot of attack from enemy. A child was singing this beautiful note that can't really be sung by us and Jesus and some others were coming into a place with tables to eat and I was there. I was pretty beat down at the time as the enemy had been using shame on me and I just sat on the floor. When I looked up Jesus was sitting with me. God loves us and He is there for us always. Know that for truth and God bless and glory to God. Thanks and praises. He will always be there for you and stands with us through it all. Know that you are loved and cared for.

Hey! Upper room worship has really really blessed me! I was hanging out with my friend yesterday and we just turned on some worship music (a lot of which was from upper room :). We ended up spending about an hour and a half or two hours just dancing, laying on the floor, singing, and just overall having a blast in God's presence. It was awesome! No worship team, no fancy instruments, just youtube, each other, and the Holy Spirit. Thanks guys! You have been a real blessing :)

Just emerging from a loooooooooooooooong wilderness period. About 10 years of canceled work, terminated ministry and relationships abruptly ended. All I did was worship. And everything I went through was required for what I'm doing right now. God's way was better than mine, even when I didn't understand. He knew right where I was, and knew the riches he had created through trouble and sorrow. This song sings my soul right now. Praise Jesus, Lord of all!

Love the truth of this song! While we were yet sinners Christ died for us. He was disarming my enemy which was sin keeping me from him. He literally cut off the power of sin, the head of sin. His way, his defense is so much better than my way. He saw me before I was even formed. He knew me before I was even known by anybody else. Jesus thank you for the Cross!

Tears . I feel my pain and inner exhaustion. He is the God who is close to the broken. I am not usually emotionally aware of my brokenness. It’s more of an intellectual understanding. Crumbling into pieces and it’s safe and it’s okay. I know it’s always safe to fall apart and be okay with Jesus. Oh Holy Spirit of God. Praise your Holy Name.

I hear this song every Sunday. At our church, we have fifteen minutes of time to connect with God and read the Bible and write your thoughts on your notebook. You can pray and stuff, basically you are praising Him silently. I hear this song during that time, and I may loose my focus on my prayer (lol), but this song helps me get to feel Him better then most other things.

Your music has really helped me reconnect and fix my priorities. It's not easy, faith wise, always being around faith; especially when your family is pastors/music ministers. I lost focus on what was important and kept going through the motions. However in the past few months I've found that I can't do it without god first and having Jesus live in me, for me and through me.
