Locking ring hold bearing on retainer plate, when the bearing stay on the rotor ,like in this video, piston damaged, this hapend to me.You must to extract ball from bearing and then continue the job.

After changing the brushes for this same motor the lifting is weak it can only lift 500kgs
It was fine before the maintenance
