I’m interested after I see your next week check. Take home or Net…
Will they use your previous medical card?
Im currently in a lease with sfi/jbhunt...
Here im constantly hunting for a trailer. The loads use to be great but lately have gotten horrible pay wise..especially when they give you so little for fuel cost.
Not to mention having to be fully responsible for all my permits..ifta..dot inspections etc.
Now im thinking of going to RTI cause I want a more...company type lease and less...owner type.
I dont want to have to deal with my permits and all that. I never wanted to own my own company or anything. I just want to eventually own my own truck but still run sort of like a company guy with a bit more control. I dont want or need to have to deal with all the extra bs. I dont ever plan on having my own llc nor do I want that. So right now im looking at RTI cause they have always been in the back of my mind. I just wished they paid a bit more per mile...but knowing you get paid so much per mile stops me from having to think...well this load only pays this or this load doesnt have enough fuel surcharge..etc. I can just takke a load and go and know im still getting that same pay. I like that. Plus i like the idea of the per mile lease. So I dont feel like im being punished for going home.
Currently i only go home maybe once every...3 to 5 months cause I dont want to take a month to catch back up on truck payments and bills for staying home for a week.
Hopefully if i can get out of my sfi lease without paying an arm and a leg I can check RTI out.
I’m on a dedicated again w/J.B. Hunt due to family changes. Will buy or lease a truck again and either run for US Xpress or RTI, and man I got to say you are a hard worker, that much time out…just do what’s right for you in this industry, cause none of these companies really care about the individuals we are as truckers, keep ‘er between the lines driva!
Be careful, there no freight, company let me 3 days waiting for load in Pennsylvania, I got 2 consecutive negatives paycheck. Good luck.
@@livefreeordie1985 keep your head up driva
@@BlockLifeVlogs yeah bro, I quit today… turn the truck in and tomorrow I’ll be home. I’m backing to local job, at least I’ll be able to put food on table and pay bill. Be safe folks!
Got to handle your business man, you too 🫡
Can we get a video of the updated lease purchase with RTI?
I’ll drop one today
I start with them next month lease purchase 🤟🏽
Get the money man! 😤
How are things still going for you
Best wishes bro I completed a lease purchase with RTI .
Are they light? It seems to me it’s to good to be true.
@@nicolasbarnett1007 wym by are they light ?
Don’t know what this question is pertaining too. Can you elaborate a little more?
I hate auto correct I meant legit. Lol
@@nicolasbarnett1007 so for so good, haven’t lied and been transparent.
can you share the details or breakdown of the numbers? weekly pay? weekly fees? etc. on your next videos that would help out a lot
Got you
How many days out of a week do you work “…!!!
On the pay dm don't tell you what you getting paid 4 or what the load is pay n
Thik he quit yet he don't have it when you don't have it your done....
My friend, wish you the best. I worked for them about 1 year. Nice company, good people. But, and I stress but… you are still a company driver…. Refuse a load and you are at bottom of list….. all they really offered me was short runs , and you know if you been in the business, you make the same short or long per mile, don’t mater f their making $2-4$ a mile…. Your only going to make what your contract says….about a $1.15 a mile… plus fuel surcharge…. Best of luck to you…for real. I hope it works out for you. It has for some… but like I said, you still have a dispatcher,,,,, all he /she is pushing is loads that need moved from load planners… they don’t give a crap about what you want… only what’s to be moved..
First I’ve heard, but not saying it’s not unlikely they would pull crap like that, every mega has drivers who feel it was or is a bad experience, so far $1.22 per mile and when I’ve denied, I get something better, they’ve given me small loads but I only take them when I’m going home for my 34 or if it make sense to get to another load that will balance my 2,500-3,000mi weekly usual, going over to the Target account now, drivers that’s been there a few yrs tell me I’ll average the same mi and have more time home, but I’ll explain if they begin to get janky, keep it between the lines driver, appreciate all feedback
Can you stop the music and talk
Nope, I make the vids how I want
How much is the truck payment I'm interested in RTI?
$740 a week
I got some question I wanna ask how do I get in touch with you?
Tap into my social media in my descriptions.
Do they have smart drive on their trucks?
Yeah, they collect data all the time
I would like to talk to someone about the lease purchase program
Call up RTI and they’ll guide you though the steps, good opportunity to learn the business and possibly start yours fro there
Im about to start with Rti do you still working there ?
Still there
How the checks I’m bout to get started I just like to hear drivers input cause recruiters try to bs u
I agree, most megas can have misleading recruiters, but are you LP, company, or owner/op?
Are you still with them I have few questions I’m bout to start there
Yeah, I’m my truck now
Are you still with RTI I’m switching from a company driver with CFI to a lease purchase Driver with RTI I have a few questions for you
@@chasityanderson6248 ok, shoot
No Freight for OTR drivers…
I heard, unless your under a mega, good brokers, or contract, it’s hard
They told me up to $1.20/mi. No freakin way.
I get a little more but still a decent start, but remember…they take a bunch of deductions out
$1.20/mile?
Yep
You made $2k without the truck payment being taken “???😊 that doesn’t sound profitable…
Don't they redo the physical and driving test
Well as a LP I only did a physical test, then they had me pick a truck after orientation
Are you still there?
Left the end of 2022, but I’ve been back 2 months this year
Driver facing cameras?
No, just outward facing
Hair drug test or urine
Urine only for RTI
