And I do see what he means by that, he's reusing old sounds and melodies from previous albums like "While" and that's probably why the man himself called it rushed. They're all still great tracks though, I take this any day over the usual EDM.

When I was listening to this for the first time, 2:58 sounded hella weird to me cuz the synth was weird at first being off cue kinda and I’ve never heard synth like that before. But then after listening to it more and more, I started to vibe to it a lot more and now it’s my fav part of the whole song😂❤️🔥🎧
I have to say that this album is fucking awesome Joel. When he said on Twitter that "he fucking hate it" I was expecting something terrible but this... I can't say is my favourite album but it's close, seriously Joel this can rival with some of your classics
The musical engineering skills went into this are astronomical, the solo is pure gold and the beginning is a bit catfishy but matches up well with the cords later on, i am really emberassed for having a negative point of view on this album just because of the ''Imaginary Friends''. Thank you Joel for making music and being able to do it GOOD.
You opened Cube V3 in early 2020, right before covid, in Philadelphia at the Met with this, at least I think it was the opener....regardless, if i hadn't gone to see you that night, the only time i've been blessed to so far, i wouldn't have made through the Vid years, I wouldn't even be here tonight writing this comment.
