This video is brought to you by energy cartels from oil, gas, nuclear and solar. Truth of the matter, it’s a matter of extracting concentrated H3O in the Philippine Trench to a depth of 7 - kilometers. With enough investments to this project, it should be technically feasible to do so by extending a long pipe underwater reenforced with metallic buoys attached to pipes or jacketed to them to limit its weight underwater. Energy-rich countries are just not interested because it will destroy their economy. However, this kind of project will be possible to the Philippines within a few years.

There is no equipment or materials available sa ating planet to extract that heavy water. Ihulog mo ang sing laki ng bowling na bolang bakal bago pa lumapag yun bola tunaw na. So best is find a job and work hard mag ipon, wag puro show off wag maging one day millionaire at higit sa lahat laging magdasal.

I was hoping that a scientific explanation were done in this presentation on why deuterium is available wherever there is water. It also did not show proof that since deuterium is heavy and settles at the bottom of the ocean, the deepest trenches of the ocean of Mariana Trench, Tonga Trench, Philippine Trench do not hold significant amount of this resource.

It's not the way to extract the fuel several countries joining hands to extract deuterium to a deep if 7K meters major players signified their willingness to do the job without a single centavo investment on the part of the Philippines it's actually a government to government contract conforming to international ratio of ownership there are 36 countries now joing and collaborating to execute the plan that is extraction by submarines and Norway is spearheading the exploration and extraction I should know because my brothers involvement in the project the Philippine government should now protect the area by naval assets and submarines

An old tale. Since the 70s I've heard of the myth of deuterium here in The Philippines. Mainly from people who likes to tell 2nd hand stories beside the corner neighborhood store and from drunk people.

If this deuterium is true that located mostly in the deepest sea part of the Philippines..TO BE SURE, WHY NOT TO CONDUCT TESTING. it is very easy since it just in the water. Why we always talking just like this. So to erase doubt, let us get sample at that area. then if true, people would be rushing to invest for that matter.
