Ive found a lot of success with stryker/shao. You can do a combo into restand which gives you unarmorable mix. Where both can launch. Also strykers mix can be useful
Can you post some matches against a good Raiden? I think its a horrid match-up for Shao. Low-profiles everything into 50%. Also, imo Sareena is still the best for Shao with her launching full screen projectile.
With cyrax you can combo off his command grab in the corner if opponent has already been popped up. At the end of a combo call cyrax assist so that it catches the second the axe slam comes from df2 and you can pop up for an extension. Doesn’t combo off a tic throw tho

But bro once kenshi baraka johnny smoke and raiden get their prostate massage and get nerfed he will be good enough. And even if they don't who cares he's still good enough. U better beat these demons or else I will i'll make sure their balls turn blue after i'm done with them
@soulbender1987 whether it's bring everyone to their level or nerf them so everyone is balanced, it's the exact same thing. I'd rather not die in 2 hits from baraka and cyrax make it a 3 or 4 touches victory for everyone. Don't nobody wanna see a round end in 2 touches, i dont struggle with baraka cyrax but kenshi smoke raiden johnny are dead broke
@King-Sherry it's not the same thing. Nerfing characters just makes them not have any cool fun shit. And if ur dying in 2 touches to Baraka its on u. I don't even play him but it's hard for that character to open me up. He has no mix. And I know we're not about to act like his overhead is good at all because it's the most reactable thing in the game. Same with raiden I can more understand cuz his overhead is actually good and Johnny's mix is also fake. Just gotta hit the lab and these characters aren't even remotely has powerful as u may think. I do agree they are the best in the game tho so that's why I want everyone to be their level
@@soulbender1987definitely. Especially when the game gets more fleshed out and fake stuff doesn’t work anymore. Characters with crazy combos but lacking neutral will slowly become less and less viable

Wait till u fight a pro baraka player then tell me how easy it is to react to him. Same with raiden yall will sit there and say its reactable but yall still losing to these scrub lords

I found a pretty good combo with General Shao and Sonya. Does about 45-50% depending on if your axe is charged.

I use shao with lao and I feel so dirty. I just 50/50 after 50/50 and nobody online blocks the lao low.

I found out you can get a little bit extra damage with cyrax when you go for the axe grab
