Absolutely brilliant! I've just sat here for 10 minutes and viewed this several times crying with laughter. I remember watching this when I was a young lad with the rest of my family and we were all in stitches. Stuart Hall made It's a Knockout. He had a real talent of bringing the hilarity of these games into your own home. If only we all could possess the joyfulness of Mr Hall
I often think that I was born in a great period ...very beautiful games and great laughs... great Stuart Hall, nice judges Gennaro Olivieri, Guido Pancaldi...
This really ought to carry a health warning to be honest. Every time I watch it I'm in danger of a ruptured spleen. Stuart Hall's laughter - the word infectious doesn't even begin to describe it.
So so so funny. I watched this as a child and it always reduced me to tears of laughter. Was the world a simpler place, were we just happy to have survived 2 WWs, or am I missing something? Up there with things like Morecambe and 'Preview' (all the right notes but not necessarily in the right order), fork handles, etc. A big thank you for a happy trip down memory lane.
Surely it is time for a DVD release of all the international programmes? They were the highlight of my week when a child and my complaints about not going to my aunts (who had a colour television) led to us getting one.

A useful visual metaphor for Brexit negotiations between Britain and the EU.
Laughter is infectious, especially the wonderful laugh of Stuart Hall.
Oh pure bliss. Better than some of the rubbish thats on nowadays.
thanks for posting
These games did more for European relations and mutual respect than the EU parliament has ever done :-D
