These food video's are something else. All kinds of delicious foods and gr8 recipes. That steak is how I made my thinly sliced t-bone steak fried with onions, garlic and green peppers. I'm not a beef eater because of digestive issues. But one a year I treat myself. Lol. I'm going to try these recipes for my family... ✌💜🙏

One thing RUclips has taught me is the moment I get on a plain and leave the Caribbean do not consume meat because in a lot of these videos minimal or literally no seasoning is use ,now don't get me wrong I will do these just with a lot of Caribbean seasonings .
