Cook the noodles ( l usually penne ), for the sauce use butter, mushrooms and l use Albanian sausage cause it's spicy ( summer beef sausage or other kinds of meat too can be used ) salt and pepper. Once the mushrooms and sausage is done add double cream ( heavy whipping cream ) and mozzarella cheese. Stirr good and add the noodles. It can be used with canned mushrooms too. Easy, fast and tasty .
