Of all the popular villains in MMPR like Scorpina, King Sphinx, Robo Goat, Pirahtishead, the Hatchesaurus, Pachinko Head, Hate Master, Hydro Hog, and Rito Revolto they had to give us this generic Lipsyncher monster instead.
Now that I think about it, her design looks less Sentai and more of a Shin Cutie honey enemy design imo. Now all we need left is the titular heroine and we're cool.
