Tom Cruise sprints through London covered in blood for spectacular Mission Impossible 8 filming

- Tom Cruise is back in business as Ethan Hunt - but judging by his bloodsoaked clothes things aren't quite going his way.
Mission Impossible 8 is currently filming in the city, and the team brought a large part of Central London to a standstill to shoot the latest scenes.
The Mission Impossible team have been filming at Surrey’s Longcross Studios as well as on location since the beginning of March.
Determined to stick to schedule by any means necessary, at one point Cruise forked out for the entire cast and crew to be flown to set by helicopters after the M25 shut down.
Little is known about what will happen in the eighth instalment of the series - only that it will follow on from Dead Reckoning, which was released last year.
Originally titled Dead Reckoning: Part Two, the new film has since dropped being considered a second part and will instead go by its own name.

Regarding his speech, even tho I like his works and will not take side on him, but you'll have to admit that the guys carrying so much responsible especially for his large crews, let alone the studios, and he didn't run away from it, he fought on until the movie finished. I loved the speech at the end. I mean: Cruise is not wrong. Maybe in the future there will be a movie about it: "The Tom's Speech". Starring Colin Firth.
It’s no longer going to be called “Dead Reckoning Part 2”. It’ll have a different name altogether. And “Dead Reckoning Part 1” has changed its name to just “Dead Reckoning” on most streaming/VOD platforms.
Why it’s that ?
@@sentience3033Probably because the first part underperformed at the box office and they feel that having “DR part 2” as the title would put more people off seeing it as they may not have seen part 1, or liked it. So the plan is to give it a new name altogether and hopefully the change will make it more appealing to a broader audience.

Not impressive at all. That is not a healthy work environment! Film industry is extremely unstable and unpredictable. Has been during covid and is now. There’s currently hundreds of film crew without jobs because nothing is being filmed. Everyone is struggling. I work in Camera department and I’ve not been on a job since end of September. His ‘little’ outburst was for absolute nothing! If he’s so concerned about people having jobs why doesn’t he bring films to Bristol and London now coz people are struggling!

"Running since 1981" 😏🏃🏃🏃 The set definitely reminds me of the spooky thriller grand sets of M:I:1! I hope this will be an epic conclusion to the series that ties up all the movies from the first. It already started from bringing back Agent Eugene in Dead Reckoning Part 1 and it's ties to the first movie with it's villain.

...We will never see another film series like this. It has taken the term "Event Cinema" and redefined it "Extreme Event Cinema!" Death defying stunts, jaw dropping action and that pulse pounding adrenaline overload you get experiencing them! It has redefined the spy/espionage thriller series and it's all down to the vision of Tom Cruise and his team!

I will never watch Oppenheimer. There is a 4th one, Babylon was the best, Margot as Nellie LaRoy, the movie of the decade! The film series was getting boring so they stopped making them. But if they do make more, the fight scenes have to be better. Or at least how it was in the first one.
