ItIt's back 👍😉
Omg this segment is my most favorite thing on utube ever 😏😜.
So so good it's back.
A mega Thanks from Australia 🤪👍👍👍
Your use of emojis have disgraced our entire nation
Prob my favorite recurring bit on youtube. Happy to see you come out with another one.
Just got a set of both! Really looking forward to trying them out!! I'm a big fan of the scotch brite pads as well. Wish I knew about these discs a long time ago! Thanks for the heads up!👍
Yeah these things are complete game changers. The variation that goes on the bench grinder too is badass 👍🏼
I started using a similar product about 6 months ago, on a variable speed grinder. Totally transformed my capabilities for fit and finish.
Used to work in Stainless steel fabrication. We usually had more Scotch Brite in stock than steel, thats how much we used it. Awesome stuff. No shop should be without it. You can even get if for a Dremel tool.
I worked at an aerospace company. I was just a fabricator, but I had access to all that stuff. I didn't really know how to use it lol, but I had boxes of all different grits, etc. I was new new.
Best video of my day! No more cutting the pads into circles and gluing them to a used abrasive disc!
One of the best Friday videos ever was the mini drill press vice I use that all the time for so many different things everything except the drill press 🤣
The scotch brite disc are amazing. Really good for cleaning gasket surface as well.
Scotch bright pads are amazing.
Could use these to clean my grill - (I see my wife rolling her eyes already).
I wouldn't recommend that, unless you want to sling shit everywhere.
Great tip! Love the Friday videos!
These pads are the "BOMB DIGGITY" !!!!!!! Thanks Bro.....
I was interested in how these would work cleaning up my welding table, may have to give them a shot. Thanks man!
Yes it's Friday !!!! Again !!!!!! He is back !!!!
Scotch brite and WD-40 for polishing is what I use . I like the look.
I've been using this type of abrasive for years on my 3 inch 90 degree air tool.
These things are the goat when it comes to stainless steel ornamental ironwork absolute game changer
Made my Friday 👍👍👍👍👍👍
Thanks Voss. I need this tool 👍🏻
YES!!!! Love it... Thank you!
Love those fluff discs !
Very cool!! This fool is ordering up!!
Awesome find
Keep the tool videos coming
I just discovered the 3M bristle disc grinding wheels and love them.
Been using the 1 1/2" and 3" angle griders disc for decades.
Man, I’ll be able to prep my paint jobs soooo much faster now. 😂😂😂
Ive used the 5" discs made by 3m that are scotch brite discs with hook and loop backed that work great.
perfect to clean up my welding table!
Have you tried the 3M nylon bristle discs? They work great removing paint and surface rust with out damage to the metal. Cleaned the rust off my table saw top and you can still see the Blanchard grind marks, looks like new again.
I 2nd this
How long do those things last?
Great video, thanks for sharing,
Cool name.
They make Scotch Brite wheels for a bench grinder and they are great for deburring I've used them alot and it's great for fine work to now knife edge you work
Anyone have an opinion on using this on a chrome bumper to give it a brushed aluminum look?
Wish I would’ve know about the scotch brite pads before I cleared my Bare Metal Bug!!
What clear do you use for bare metal?
used link and ordered!
I have an 07 mustang gt with the racing stripes that are cracked and baked on. What do you recommend I take them off with?
BAD ASS!
Been using these pads for the past month or so on a 65 gt cortina restore. They are awesome, though not enough meat sticking out past the hard backing. IMO they'd be heaps better if the hard backing section was smaller in diamter and more of the material to use on the side.
Finally!!! 🙌👌
I used Scotch-Brite pads that fit onto a drill (with 1/4" drive and a 4" adaptor plate)... and they do work great.. I've never used them with my grinder....
Thanks Kyle...
As a side note..have you ever thought about changing Killfab to Kylfab? Just a thought...have a good one brotha...👍🏁
Do you think the green has enough cut to polish aluminum welds? Being a bike frame the angles get weird, an these look like they would conform well to curved tubes but not be aggressive on the surrounding area of the welds. I was using the red surface prep roloc disks on the open areas but needed more cutting power.
Too cool 👍👍🇨🇱
I have been using the hook n loop pads on a 5” backer and you can get all the different pads for them and does pretty much the same thing, still going to get some and compare though
“Coral” discs I call them
Thanks Kyle !!! Always learning something from you ...
Can I use them on my DA polisher?
I wish I had this when I shaved and painted my engine bay 😂😂
ITS FRIDAY FOOL !😜
Like 2 kno where you got that grinder from!!!
Great video, but nothing is better than the ice cream truck!
How do these compare to scotch-brite strip disc?
You are right. I do need that tool. Or those tools, rather.
Do you know if they sell 1in scotch-Brite grinding disc thanks bill
I know on the 3" discs they have different levels of abrasion. The 2 shown here are good at removing material from metal, but there are discs that will start removing metal so be cautious on which ones you use. If I remember correctly, the purple and brown ones will remove metal.
Check out convolute discs and wheels, yeah theyre ecpensive but damn they work good
I get them as 2" roll locks.
Slight variation of this. A radial bristle brush. Does a similar job but last WAYYY longer. I do a fair bit of ss tig welding and use them all day.
What is needed for grinding concrete
Bought some on Amazon that just fell apart. Wasn't using variable speed grinder that could be the main issue 🤔
Those are definitely nice I gotta get some
Great stuff just keep the dust out engine internals.
Are they better than the nylon fiber discs? 🤔
I use the generics myself for 1/5 the price and they work almost as good compared to the 3M I tried first
How are these on aluminum ?? Anybody ..?
Kyle check out bench made abrasives Their flapper discs are amazing they last a long time and they’re way less money than other places they might even sponsor you
Currently unavailable at Amazon
Hmmm..... I wonder if these would take off the chipped plastic coating on my aluminum wheels.?🤔
How do they do with aluminum?
they do well if your looking to just clean the part
You make me poor.
20 bucks that’s crazy
Except the links in the description are not to Scotch Brite discs.
You where not kidding about the price
You ever tried to 2k clear bare metal
Anyone bought them in UK?
Klk pana mio
Need a waterproof grinder so I can use these to wash the dishes
Sure, the red ones are sold out already.
red wheel link out of stock
maybe they are 3M ,,,,.read the box?
COME ON KYLE YOUR CALLING YOUR VIEWERS FOOLS THATS A DIRECT INSULT AND SHOWS YOUR LACK OF RESPECT. 🙊
Please tell me you’re joking. You do understand that there’s no malicious intent in his use of the word. He’s not showing disrespect to anyone, even you. Well, maybe people like you but definitely not everyone else.
@@paulmurphy4277 Mr.Murphy I'm not JOKEING ALLS I CAN SAY YOU NEED TO BACK TO KINDERGARTEN AND LEARN SOME EMLY POST YOU AND THE GUY YOUR DEFENDING I GUESS HE NEEDS REINFORCEMENTS THE LIKES OF YOU .🥳
Do a burnout
thanks for the commercial :(
So video was cool to see the tool, but... WHY PRESENT A TOOL FROM AMAZON THAT IS UNAVAILABLE??? Not very helpful. Maybe contact Amazon's team to get more in please.
You called your subscribers fools? 🤔
These things suck. I have used 4 or 5 different companies to source them and none of them last for more than a few minutes of work. You're far better off with a 120 flap disc and some DA work and if you have to have the brush finish, go over it with that for "looks" if you feel the need.
They make Scotch Brite wheels for a bench grinder and they are great for deburring I've used them alot and it's great for fine work to now knife edge you work
