Could you PLEASE PLEASE PRETTY PLEASE do a video on how to change colors so beautifully like you did on that mandala behind you. I am 64 years old and been crocheting since I was 5 and for the past 2 years I have been crocheting nine pointed mandalas of many different designs but I SO want to be able to use more than one color- that mandala behind you looks exactly like I have been envisioning and it is definitely supremely beautiful! I have tried many times over the past several years to use two colors like yours but it always looks so bad that I MUST unravel it. My plan is for all of them to be given away as gifts after I die. Could you please do even a short video showing how you changed colors? I simply cannot get clean sharp edges like your exquisite masterpiece! And like what do you do with tan colored cord while you are crocheting the maroon netting in between the star points? If I could get some 1.5 - 2 mm 100% nylon cord then I could just melt the ends of both colors together every time I do a color change.

(And by the way: it's SO awesome to see men doing this beautiful art form! In the USA all of these wonderful art forms are NOT being passed down to the younger generations any more! And that is tragic! Thank you SO much for sharing your expertise!
