After 1967, Billy Shears has permanently replaced the real Paul and continues to play Faul McCartney after the band broke up in 1970. The Paul doubles used to represent Billy on many occasions-interviews, singing on the stage, etc-etc. In some interviews, the Paul doubles even came with Linda or maybe Finda. Compare to Billy, all the Paul doubles looked more like the real Paul, handsome and have nice personalities. The man in this video is too young, too handsome and too nice to be Billy Shears.
