I like that its free (at the moment) it makes exploring what the tool can do so much easier without having the taxi meter of free credits running out before you have even got familiar with creating effective animations

I like that it allows styles from studios. For example you show a shot generated in the style of Hayoa Miyazaki. Thanks for this. When I watched earlier, you had about 700 views only 2 hours after posting. 2 hours later you have 2.2k views. You bring so much value! I will be doing cartoon characters to start a RUclips channel. This got my mind going!

I tried it right now but it takes FOREVER to generate just a single 'Image To Video.'
In fact, it's still _"Generating..."_ it right now...
The quality is acceptable but it's also noticeably lower than most of the other recent AI video models out there.
Same experience here. Been running for 15 minutes on a 2048x2048 image and it's not even reached 10% generated.
@@Rascilon25 It's actually worse than I first thought. It turns out that I went back to check if it finished and nothing appears.
That's right, it didn't generate nothing at all so I was waiting in vain!
This is the worst video model that I have used so far...
@@denisgabriel4645 Mine just shifted very very slightly to the upper right and really couldn't be considered an animation and this was after 2.5 hours of generation.

Thanks a lot for the comparative shots. I wish you had included: Luma and Leonardo motion, as well, as those are probably the best "accessible" generators out there.
How does it do with human fingers? I’m not seeing much of that here as I would be using this as I do all the text video generators for making music videos and down the line short films.
you can be sure that it´ll have the same problems with certain movements as any other ai currently.

I love your videos and how you educate. Amazing stuff. On this tool, I find it to be weaker than Gen-3, Luma, and Haiper. I get much more natural human movement out of Luma and Gen-3. To be fair, I have only been able to generate a few viva outputs because it is taking forever to generate. They are probably getting a lot of traffic. I see what you are showing here but in practice mine are not coming out that way. Even in a lot of yours they have a slight stutter to them as well. I am going to tinker with it more but I am not as impressed as you are with it. Free is free though. The upscaling and text to 3d is cool as well.

Midjourney is working on “rooms” right now, so there’s nothing interesting going on. Most users don’t care about rooms.

Can you keep a character consistent through separate prompts
doubt it. best would be to use a picture ai that can create consistant characters and make your basic shots with that and then use a pic-to-video of your choise to animate them...

why is it taking forever to generate ?? is this common because its over 30min and the green bar is at roughly 45%
When i try it it only takes a few minutes max. When i did the enhance 4k though that one took much longer like 30 min

I tried it! The thing is it's too slow when generating image to video, it takes so much time before the output to finish, it's 5 mins past and still 4% are in the progress bar, it's not normal for an Ai to be like this, it should be fast, like not more than 1 minute and it should be finish.
The CTO of openai did say Sora before the end of the year, but yeah who knows.
I can't wait for Sora and all it's competitors to be out so I can actually use some of them without having to wait a day to load because of the amount of traffic from everybody using them. xD I sent my image to video request half an hour ago and it's still generating, not even close to the end.
I can't wait until AI can make a whole book with a single super prompt, a whole song from some crude humming and whistling and a full TV show with consistent characters. I'm just gonna create so much stuff! (I create a lot of stuff, but not as fast as I can think of it)
Lol by the time LLM can create a whole book from a single prompt, the internet will be flooded with this content, and its value will be near to 0

I tried "image to video" because I assumed it would create videos from an image, but no, it doesn't work that way and I absolutely don't understand what the function is for. Whatever image I upload, it just does a slow zoom of the image and nothing else. Yet it takes tens of minutes to generate this zoom. I've even tried things like "Create a glow around this parrot's wings". And it did not work either. Maybe it needs AGI for better imagination :-).

Like others in the comments below, this only becomes useful when like SD, I can use it locally and off-line.
I’m prepared to pay a one time fee for that ability as long as they can never take it away from me. I’d even pay for updates as long as they were optional.
I agree, I'm at the point now where I've used these AI video programs that I don't really care to pay for them on a monthly basis. I would rather have a SD or Fooocus locally or offline version at this point. It takes a lot of generations to get these videos right, and being limited with credits hurts that goal.

Doesn't serve my purpose. Here is my prompt: *"SpaceX Starship modified to have a docking port on its nose, much like the Dragon spacecraft. Two such Starships (a crew one and a refueler) slowly approach each other in orbit very slowly, open their hatch covers, and dock together, nose to nose. Then they fire their lateral COPV thrusters to begin rotating slowly to create gravity, for fuel transfer. I am not talking about just any starship, but about SpaceX's rocket ship named Starship."* But it keeps giving me non-sensical vehicles floating in space. It understands NOTHING about my prompt. So, just like the other Runway garbage AI, all this is good for is fancy crap. If you want anything serious and specific you're out of luck.

I am not impressed with Viva hoping Sora drops soon. Runway has a bit more control at this time.

False promises...none of the AI video generators actually work....all have horrible deformation problem....SORA does not exist for majorityb of humanity. Gen 3 has no image to video so no character consistency. All false promises...
Maybe you just swallow a chill pill. I have just tested LTX beta version and character consistency is awesome. This brings the storytelling to a new level for sure. Now when we will able to mix this with other platforms we will be at home base.

I think it's the worst AI Video tool compared to the recent releases like Luma and Runway Gen 3. It's just adding camera movement, no real character movement.

Thanks for the video. I've used all the newer generators other than Sora and viva seems a little behind. There is a lot of warp and random generating issues. The smoothness seems horrible. Viva doesn't look much better than AnimateDiff or SVD currently does in Stable Diffusion. Were you sponsored to say good things about Viva? It’s quite bad in comparison to Luma and Runway gen 3. Not even close actually.
