Just picked up my Helix HD. Absolutely superb. But it's all about the glass... and the glass is good. Way better than anything I've used at this price (and some at 2X). Fantastic build quality, useful and practical accessories included, proper (English!) user manual. Finally, a no BS reticle! I'm a hunter, not a sniper! That RAPTR reticule is spot-on. Super versatile, well graduated parallax adjustment means I'd happily use this (and might buy 3!) on centrefire, rimfire or sub-12 airgun. That's almost unheard of. Excellent, low profile, versatile turret design that can be covered, again with practical graduations. Very good illumination with instant setting/off. I'd love to see a higher magnification (~24x?) version that keeps the HD/SFP/30mm optics for target shooting/multi-range vermin. These Element lads are doing a proper job - good to see some real quality in this sector amid the overpriced toot!
Just bought my first element optics pleased is not the word helix 6 24 x50 EHR-1C MOA I need lower mounts though there on the way can't wait to put it on the range cheers Ted n matt reticle awesome 😀 👍👍
Hey Matt, I still love my original Helix 6-24 and I'm loving the idea of the 2-16 HDLR but could you make a few more of them please as here in UK we have none in stock ;-(
It is everything I am looking for, except it does not have a Christmas tree reticle, Similar to their EHR-1D or APR-2D reticle. Just something to help wind holdovers/shot calls.
2-16 is a cracking mag range. A base mag that low with adjustable parallax isn't common. I have a 2.5 -15, but the wider FOV you get at 2 base is a real bonus. Will these be available to look at at the British shooting show in February this year?
What I can't understand is why do the HELIX 2-16x50 SFP have a 66 feet FOV yet the HELIX 4-16x50 FFP only has a 26 feet FOV, this is a massive difference? Also why does the HELIX 4-16x50 FFP only have a 15 yards parallax?
I’ve got a Helix 6x24 and a Titan, 6x24 is too much. Love to see this spec in a Titan, Titan 2x16x50 HDLR maybe, PLEASE. LOL Titan glass, FFP 2x16, Holy shit that would be some scope. Love my Titan.

I would love to see a video of your FFP scopes going from minimum magnification to max at 100 yards, it'll help me choose which one to buy.

When will these scopes be for sale in Ireland?
Can we get spare turret caps that we can mark up for different PCP configurations? Eg different pellets/slugs.

The Helix HDLR and HD do have Titan glass, hence the HD😁
@@ElementOptics I thought you had the ED glass in the Titan!
HD will do well here in England but the HDLR wont even make it onto Centre Fire Rifles
Is it Springer rated
Indeed it is!
Bit too pricey for me.
