love watching him crack his eggs, he also has the mixing down pat, that is a skill to whisk eggs like that, some just cant do it, great video!! great Job, thanks for sharing!!
Mr T....sending a howdy from the Lone Star State of Texas....been a long spell since i checked in...I'll take the Texas Wrangler breakfast: 3 eggs scrambled ... 3 bacons, 3 sausages, 3 stack pancakes, hash browns, grits, toast, and a big coffee☕️. 🤠
Grits are a type of porridge made from coarsely ground dried maize or hominy. I've made them a couple of times and quite like them, but most customers have never heard of them, so they didn't buy them 👌😊👍
@@MrT2022 When I was a child, my Uncle drove an ice cream van for a time. One lady asked for a cone. He handed it over and she paid him. As she was walking away, she turned and came back asking where her ice cream was. 'You only asked for a cone, you never said anything about ice cream', he said. She did see the funny side of it. I liked his humour (R.I.P. Uncle George) and I like yours too. 😁
Oi, guvna, I'll 'ave the full English, yeah? Eggs fried, sunny side up, but don’t go overcooking 'em, alright? Bacon-crispy, but not burnt, yeah? Beans, just a nice spoonful, hot but not swimming in it. Mushrooms fried, but not greasy, just a bit o' oil to bring out the flavour. Two hash browns, crispy as you like, no soggy bits. Regular sausages, none o' that skinny stuff, yeah? Two slices o' white toast, buttered but not too much, just enough to taste. And make it a proper cuppa tea, strong, splash o' milk, no more. That’s it, cheers, guv
These make me so hungry and want a full english breakfast every time. Im gonna start having beans and tomatoes for breakfast. What kind of tomatoes do you get?
Chef, I really like how you spread the egg out when making an omelet and then fan out the onions, mushrooms...etc. It seems you have less tearing of the omelet doing it that way. I've wondered if you ever serve sausage patties? I see the link sausages but have to see the patties.
It looks good and a lot more room to move around do you plan on bringing more tables and chairs in for your customers or are you going to leave it as is
7:26 rude? as a japanese it's about the culture shock because everyone thinks it will be ethnic french and very clean but it looks like skid row on los angeles
okey quick question, is the Mushrooms, Beans and black sausage a European thing? I just do not see it over here in Canada, just curious, it looks good to me and I am going to give it a try with my next breakfast
From this perspective it does seem a little disrespectful, as MrT is trying to be time effecient, but at the end of the day the mister is gonna eat the food and if he sees a sausage that looks more appealing to him hes going to ask for it. Pointing is a very efficient way to show people what you want (even if its perceived as disrespectful) and people will like their food how they like it, nothing you can do about it. I'm sure MrT gets lots of specific requests and doesnt mind at all, its the beauty of preparing and serving food to make peoples day a little better!
I really really wish we could get those triangle-shaped hashbrown patties in the US. They look so much better than the oval-shaped McDonald's-style ones that are sold everywhere.
you SERIOUSLY need a barrier between the food and the customers. this is very UNSANITARY . watching people reaching in and pointing at what they want. no one should be able to do that.
How come you don't flip the eggs when its an omlet ,instead you place the toppings on the egg raw that turns my stomach. I have had many omlets and it was still raw inside so now when I go into the place I request the cook to flip the egg,,,, and it still boggles my mind how people eat watered down beans when it's a dinner item, we don't do beans here for breakfast in Maryland USA. and you guys must get different bacon there we all pan fry ours to get it looking good,, yours still looks raw.
Your comment is full of inaccuracies. Firstly, he does flip the omelette when he folds it, making sure it's all cooked. Secondly, the beans aren't 'watered down' they're in a tomato sauce. And last but not least, the bacon is Back Bacon, which doesn't caramelise/burn as quickly, like streaky bacon does.
I think you were more talkative with the customers today, I find it more fun to hear those interactions, thanks for sharing!
Very satisfying to watch and you seem to thrive on customer's asking for special variations
love watching him crack his eggs, he also has the mixing down pat, that is a skill to whisk eggs like that, some just cant do it, great video!! great Job, thanks for sharing!!
Your videos are so relaxing. I'm really enjoying the new set up too, everything looks so much easier now! Keep up the great work, Sir.

That's called Lawn Sausage here, very uncommon and people don't like change after all.
Lots of interaction with customers 😊
I just bought a stainless steel prep table for my home kitchen. I want stainless steel countertops one day as well.

That male customer who kept pointing and reaching into the food bar disgusting. Some people are weird and clueless
amazing you video😉👍
That first guy leaning over all the food and pointing….
😬
i’ve noticed a lot of ppl in the UK and other europe countries point directly at the food they want…always pmo

I think they at least need a screen up,so customer can't reach in or over the food...

MrT, You know the waffle one, what ingredients do I need to make that?
Just look up potato waffles, It's more convinient to buy it frozen. If you want to make them you'll need potatoes, eggs, seasoning, and some flour 👌😊👍
@@MrT2022 alright thanks! 😊 enjoy your day 😊
I find myself eating more eggs, now that i can cook them properly. Fried, poached, and dizzy eggs(scrambled).
Like the New look , how about Quiche pie like cheese egg pepper onion, We did a lot of Quiche pie

I’ll have eggs Benedict and a big waffle please ❤
I'm waiting for your specials!
Is this from the UK?
Yes.
I got a question for you, Have you ever worked in a restaurant cause your skills are so good
he is a trained chef....ofc he has skills
The go pro said hi at 46:21 👋🏻, now I see you
With all the new construction they haven’t look at replacing that hand washing sink?
Chef asked and they said there are no pipes anywhere else or something like that.
❤
What are the waffle looking things?
Waffles.
I think they are a potato waffle - I’ve seen him deep fry them on some of the breakfast prep videos. The BirdsEye brand makes them.
Correct, potato waffles
What is the address? I will soon be going from Brazil to London
It's not public. Its a workplace
you should serve American style sausage. i bet your customers would love it !!!!
American sausage? Depends as there's some US meat we can't have here due to the hormones you guys add to beef
he gave the poor guy about 8 beans around the 4:50 mark
He specifically asked for a "very small ladle of beans"... and chef usually jokes like this with people who make such requests.
I'm not keen on the whistling while cooking the food.
Tough 👌😊👍
Adds moisture, succulent flavouring
No gloves?
Who are you guys hoping divorce on,?
