@@alainrac56depends on how you fly it and which battery it is. My 3700mah 70 Roaring Tops I’ve climbed and glided for 4 min. If you’re hard on the throttle, it will be less than 2 min.

I’ve flown it with and without. 6S and 8S Light 6S is the sweet spot. That said, a buddy wrecked his showing off and ai might get his TV if he doesn’t get a new one. It adds enough weight that 6S won’t hover except on the coldest days with the TV unit
TV is just 50-60$ 👍🏼 For max performance go with the 8S setup. 7S on stock motor would be the best power to weight ratio. I do that with other Edfs 👌🏼 I have mainly seen HRB packs. 3000 7S are sometimes $60. More mAh are much more $$. Hobbyking has also two packs but more heavy. Or go with 3+4 S 👌🏼
@rcAirplaneDeficitDisorder yeh use the stock 1950kv edf on 7s with minimal timing set on the stock 120A esc. It's about an extra 500g of thrust for the sake of carrying an extra 4000/5000 1s of lipo. You won't need 100% throttle often. I tried the 8s set up with TV it's just far too heavy. The 8s edf is an extra 220g having on the arse exactly where you don't want it and then you got the added weight of the lipos to CG it out. Ends up being a tank.

Unfortunately, it will probably not hang that well on 6S if you put the thrust vectoring on. It just adds too much weight.
Yes, just read here, too bad I ordered the two 4S batteries and 8S motor, 7S with stock motor being perhaps the best option!
