You described my lovely Catching Rays to a T! It's one of my faves from Yankee 💙. I've only ever purchased it in the 3-wick so I hope the 2-wick throws well for you 😊. I smelled Smoked Vanilla Cashmere & still need to get that one. I ended up purchasing Vanilla Creme Brulé. Wild Orchid is a pretty floral 💜.
I think Catching Rays was my favourite of this bunch! Very unique but not off-putting. I’m worried about Smoked Vanillas strength/throw.. but I love the fragrance. Wild Orchid may have to wait until next Spring at this point.. it’s very spring to me.
Nice! I kept you in mind while making a trip to my local BBW and noticed that in the same large strip, there’s a Marshall’s and HomeSense. I’m not much of a browser, so I hadn’t considered checking there for candles. I only felt like checking in on one so I chose HomeSense. There were a few that smelled really good. I’ll check in periodically for better deals when I happen to be in the area…and feel like it, of course. Thanks for the tip!✌
Hahaha yes I love it! I feel like of those stores, Marshall’s usually has the best candles. If you didn’t know, at the end of the isle on the sides of the large shelves, is where clearance items go. Look for red stickers! lol Beware the brand Treo!!! Beware Sand and Fog!!
The bad news for you is this shape jar, the Signature, that has only been around since 2019 is being phased out by the end of the year. I believe Yankee has stopped production now so if anyone really likes them, get them now. The large straight Tumbler two wick will stay and also a smaller tumbler will replace the medium Signature shape. I’m not sure why this decision, lots of people like this shape. I’ve tried two, the Orchid and Spiced Banana, both burned well. Pauline UK.,
Uhg yeah I’ve heard that, it is bad news. I’ll probably stock up a little while I can. I really dislike the other formats they have right now. Truthfully, I haven’t been buying them much for years now, I guess now I’ll get them even less. 🤷 I want to try the Spiced Banana! Thanks Pauline!
