- On my journey from South Italy to England to visit my family I stopped at my friends house in Bar Le Duc. We went paddle boarding, kayaking, rummaged through brocantes and ate lots of baguettes and croissants before I carried on towards Calais and the Eurotunnel.
Meanwhile in Positano I was missing out on the Bluestar Family Day and the August public holiday, Ferragosto. Luckily for you Carlo was there to show us what happened!

I have been single since my divorce in 1976, my first trip alone was to London, France and Amsterdam. It was awesome. So many people treated me to meals because they wanted to know why I was traveling alone. It was such an adventure being alone I got to do all the things I wanted to do and I didn’t have to wait for someone else to get ready to go somewhere. I think you are finding out that traveling alone can be that great adventure. I am enjoying watching you discover that. Continue to have fun. It is wonderful that you have the choice to travel with your husband or go alone. He is a wonderful man and traveling alone can also make you appreciate him more!

I just loved that journey. I was also very impressed, @ 4:01 you said "sit down" and he did. I have never had that much success with any of the training that I have done. The house in France was sadly charming, it reminded me of long gone homes that I didn't realise I still missed.

Luigi was our capitan and he did a great job 💕 Elisabeth was so kind she gave me some lotion for mosquito bites, she didn’t have to do that but she did. You are all very kind and lovely people. Well done Nicki you sure arrived in style. I love the fact that France still has her second-hand markets, they are good for everyone. Great to see Indie learning how to play with the dogs she meets. and becoming a great companion. Anything filmed on the boats on the Amalfi Coast is so soothing for the soul, and finishing up with the Assumption of the Virgin Mary festa was fitting.
