Very true, not every day we film a pilot we filmed 20 years earlier... and as far as the wrong island, sometimes there is a few minutes between when a pilot talks about a place and by the time we can film it its another place so it may be our mistake and not the pilot...

How come we don't see footage of the pilots setting up the aircraft or in this case setting up the MCDU? We only see walk arounds at the beginning.
