We need gold to do lots of things in Stardew Valley, but what if you couldn't even move anywhere without spending gold?! I'll be doing a perfection run with the Tileman Challenge mod where I'll have to buy my way around the map, and the cost will increase a bit over time, too 🫣

A mod I like to use to help keep on track with things I intend to do that day is the To-Dew mod. It just lets you have a little to-do list in the corner of your screen. Helps a lot with the ADHD "what was I about to do?" moments
edit: for the fiber arts question, I do cross stitch! It's very fun if you're into pixel art and I recently found a blog on Tumblr that makes patterns for things in Stardew! The blog is stardew-cross-stitch if anyone else wants to check out their patterns.
I always keep the large crops like a badge of honor and a front yard friend. I'm a weird one tho 😅
If coal isn't an issue, a geode crusher might be worthwhile for cracking open geodes so you don't have to spend money at Clint's! If the Monday quest is the slaying 50 enemies for Clint, could it be worth the tile cost? Something I thought of!

Keep the large pumpkin until the last day of the season!! Also would you ever add the sprinkler mod? You can click on the sprinkler any time to water your crops AND you pay for it lol so it's not a cheat.
Giant crops never decay so you can keep it forever
Haha I frequently make a Robin work on her birthday. It's unfortunate, but it's the season I have the most money to make improvements.

I love that you answer questions in your videos! Fiber arts is fun. I crochet during these videos!, and specifically junimos of all sizes and colors. 😂 I'm happy you're getting so far already! ❤ Love this series
I always go for the trap bobbers for fishing, especially when going for more difficult fish. Makes a pretty significant difference and they're pretty cheap to make or buy (1 copper bar + 10 sap or 500g).
The dressed spinner takes cloth to make, so I only really use them if I get them in treasure chests or the ice fishing competition. They're good for getting more fish to bite so I mostly use them for easier fish that I need lots of. Don't feel like they're ever worth spending the cloth on though and 1000g seems a bit hefty for something that breaks so soon anyway imo.
I was inspired by your videos to have a go at a tileman challenge before 1.6 released and also got stuck in the bus when I went to the desert. My solution was to install an item spawner mod and use it to get a desert warp totem, which enabled me to buy my way to the bus. I did still take the bus once so the money was still spent. I think the bus did then work correctly once I'd bought the tiles leading off it but I can't remember for sure.
That sounds like a good idea actually, I could always then also buy tiles to the trader and throw away 3 omnigeodes so I’ve still “traded” for it! Thank you!

Thank you for introducing that felting creator because I immediately adore them! I've tried cross-stitching before due to a gift and while I liked it sometimes, more often than not, I was just struggling with it so it was eventually abandoned. My brain doesn't really relax when doing things people normally call relaxing (coloring, diamond dots, even video games) so I'm just a weird one. The closest I've come to a relaxing hobby is making necklaces back in my teens and polishing my nails present day, which I did today while watching this series!

I'm crocheting a temperature blanket while watching this and I agree with the yarn feel. It bugs me some days and I can't crochet at all. It also makes my fingers dry 😅 but I gotta finish this for a Christmas present and I'm super behind lol
So if you want to get rid of your painting and such, just toss them in the water and boom, gone. No wasted space.

I have a little suggestion: I've seen other RUclipsrs put the link to the series playlist down in the video description so that we as viewers can quickly jump to the whole playlist. Maybe this would get people to watch more of your videos who just clicked on it and don't know the rest of it?
Of course you don't have to do it, I just thought maybe it would be useful. I often watch a series again if the latest video is not enough to satisfy my Stardew craving.😅😂

As a knitter and crocheter; you might have used yarn that just felt weird! It depends on what type of yarn you use (cotton feels gross to me so I don't use that lol) or the thickness of it :)

I get the yarn aversion lol. For me I avoid certain fibers (like; most wools, any synthetics but especially acrylics and also coarser yarn in general) partly because I have reactive and sensitive skin but also some I just don't like. Also, some yarns give off so much little fibers and I don't want to breathe it in and get them in my eyes etc. I've got anough cat hair in there already lol! 😂
I mostly do crochet (not very often though) and I've tried knitting a few times, but find it harder with my fumbly hands. Would love to learn how to weave on a proper loom one day! And needle felting seems cool, so I want to try that sometime too.
Oh and I also sew a little every now and then. Mostly small things by hand (don't like the noise of machine sewing and hand stitching gives more precision and control for me personally). Would LOVE to one day make some historical clothes but I'm way to poor to do anything that requires me purchasing material right now. XD

35:30 I tried knitting and I was just terrible at it, tried embroidery and it was fun but idk it didn’t spark my interest as much and I’m currently trying to get into crochet and I’m struggling hard
I suggest using some cotton for crochet/knitting if you sturggle with textures
