My Shrimper has a wooden rubbing strake into which I screwed some small, stainless hooks where they were needed. Then there is a drain exit hole just above the waterline each side for the cockpit seats. A short length of 15mm pipe wedges into this from the outside and this serves as an attachment point for a piece of cord without blocking the drain hole.
Currently I’ve only cleats at the back, although I could fit some mid cleats. The rails on the deck can be used but I think I would need to add hooks like you.
I mean there's no wind anyway and what else is there to do? Next time when you've rolled it up yourself it'll be a doddle.
What fixing points did you use for this? I’ve got a Cape Cutter and would like to know if it is suitable.

The tent comes with loads of cordage and elastic to suit any boat.

And when you're on a swinging mooring, the light's fading and the wind is just starting to pick up.......
It is still very doable, Justin. Everything is done from within the boat. Don't let the video put you off. A bit of trickery was involved.
What a prat! 😕
