      The only thing I didn't get was silver. I was thinking there were like two different kinds of steel. It looks like the steel that's used is fairly high carbon, but I'm not experienced enough to know for sure.

    This! Has got to be one of the most simple forge builds I have ever seen.
    2 Things: 1) I would absolutely love to see you forge different metals. 2) a link in the description on how to make the torch, or an update video if there is a better/easier way.

    I had a project idea for TKOR: a vacuum casting setup. Be able to 3D print things and cast them in metal without all the mini air pockets you get when you normally cast aluminum. No clue how difficult they are to make, I can't imagine it being much harder than a vacuum chamber lol

    I watched from the very first video, on a previous RUclips account I was one of the first followers of the king of random. I quit watching when grant died. It’s a heartbreaking loss that still exists. This guy has out of anyone given the most grant worthy content since the passing of grant to date. The flow, the quick, his voice, the style. It flows and speaks of reincarnation of grant and it brings tears to me eyes. Thank you new gentlemen for doing this beautiful thing. I really hope you continue and hopefully more and more support will notice.

    You could also just use @ 1:35 you could also use 8" nails and just put a 1" collar under the head so it only goes 7" down. You coule use something as simple as tape to make the collar. That way they're easier to take out than the countersunk ones.

    Very accurate to how Grant used to present, terrific new tkor host!
    And a really terrific forge design, I would definitely do something like this when I make mine, I'll probably make mine bigger, block off the back side to retain more heat, etc, tweak tweak tweak! :)

      @TheKingofRandom Thank you for the reply. I was hoping it was an aluminum bronze hence why it was a lighter color than normal bronze. It didn't look "right" to me to be silver. Then again I don't have any personal experience with forged silver. Either way awesome and amazing video and I can't wait for what's next.

    Thank you for going back to the roots of what made this channel great. I loved Grant and then Nate forged on with his legacy.     I have an idea for you to build. Why not show people how to build and properly use a fractal burning machine in the best way that TKOR knows how to do. I'm currently looking into learning how to make and use one myself and would love to see how you guys approach s something like this.

    Made giant ones from broken concrete blocks outside but didn't have a gas torch and only had firewood.
    Wonder if I can get the bricks you got as well as a gas torch...

    Steel, Iron, Copper (or copper alloy) and the white one is probably Pewter or an alloy that contains tin.

    You don't even need any of that. Can use clay and sand with coal and a bello for air flow and you're done.

    This could save a lot of time for basically melting or reshaping metal but maybe block the back but also have small air hole so not a lot of heat escape but since your using propane or gas based heating that wouldn't be much of an issue i guess😅

    Why not use mortar? Alternatively, mark the bricks by side and position. Otherwise, you'll have a mess if you take it apart.

    It's not About breaking the drill bit It's just the dust from the material you have drilled blocking the hole it happens with 98% of Materials that u try ro drill

      You’re not wrong but I certainly noticed it was far worse with the moisture in the bricks. I broke two bits making the prototype and both were wet inside. -Jarom

      @corrpendragon I'm not saying he doesn't but as Someone that did two years at college Ceramic floor and wall tiles and 2 years carpentry then had Ceramic floor and wall tiling Business for 7 years I drilled a lot of holes in wet stone and Ceramics
