Strawberry whipped butter
1 Cup softened salted butter
7 large strawberries or 9 small
1/4 Cup of condensed milk
Make sure to take out your butter 1 to 2 hours before you are ready to make it in order for it to be softened before you whip it. If it’s not as fluffy as you would like then add about a tablespoon of water or milk.
Crispy pancetta potatoes
2 russet potato
4 ounces of diced pancetta
1/4 of a yellow onion
1/2 tablespoon of olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
1 teaspoon of Herbs de Provence
2 teaspoons of paprika
On medium heat sauté your onions and pancetta with 1 teaspoon of olive oil. Cut your potatoes into fours then microwave for four minutes to soften them. Remove pancetta and onions and cook your potatoes until crispy on medium heat. Once potatoes are done cooking add the onions and pancetta back in and serve.
Savory egg French toast
4 eggs
2 slices of brioche bread
2 teaspoons of butter
1 Cup of cream
1 garlic clove
1/4 teaspoon of Salt
Pinch of White pepper
Red chili flakes
Preheat your oven to 375°F. Butter both sides of your brioche bread then toast on stove. Add your cream, salt, pepper and garlic to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer. Butter your baking dish, add your toast then crack your egg on top of each toast, pour hot cream. Bake for 15 minutes for a medium egg.

Hi, looks Delicious. The Pink roses are Beautiful!!!! Little tip for the butter, use freeze dried strawberries, they have an amazing flavor, and being dried they don't make the butter too watery. I found freeze dried strawberries at Dollar Tree. I made some strawberry butter using the freeze dried strawberries, to put on some homemade banana bread. It was YUMMY!!!

I made the French toast for my hubby as a surprise Valentine breakfast this morning. 🥰 I added crumbled goat cheese, chopped avocado and chunky bacon on top. He loved it! I use the Sara Lee Artisian bread (wheat) for most everything, it’s fab. Thanks for the great recipes, I’m always looking to try new/different.
