- Hi guys! Today Im sharing what I eat in a day to stay healthy. I am sharing my healthy breakfast, lunch and easy dinner ideas. I typically intermittent fast for 14 hours 3-4 times a week and I don’t follow a strict schedule, I simply eat the following day 14 hours after the last time that ate the night before. So for example l, if I stop eating at 10:00pm them I don’t eat again until the following day at 12:00pm.

What I Eat In A Day
Healthy Egg Toast
-whole grain bread
-pesto
-tomato
-mozarella cheese
-egg
-red chili flakes
-garlic salt
-green onions
-ghee for cooking
-salt and pepper to taste
Easy Lunch Salad
-sweet corn
-tomato
-red onion
-avocado
-salt & pepper to taste
-green onions
-bed of lettuce of choice (I used spinach)
Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette
-1/4C lime juice
-1/2C extra virgin olive oil
-1Teaspoon minced garlic
-1Tablespoon of minced green onion
-1Tablespoon of cilantro
-salt to taste
1 Skillet Lemon Chicken
-Chicken Breast
-baby potato
-broccoli
-Onion
-3 head of Garlic minced
-juice on 1 lemon
-green olives
-1/2C water
-a fourth of a cube of chicken bouillon (or to taste)
-1teaspoon of butter
-oil for cooking
-salt & pepper to taste

Scott and Inspired By Nikki vibes 💗 I've always learn from your videos. You put me on to Topo Chico😉 Banza pasta is amazing. Its the only non wheat pasta that I actually enjoy. I took artichoke hearts, mushrooms, red onion and asparagus, sautéed it in olive oil, added the Banzai spaghetti, gave it a toss and sprinkled with parm cheese. Quick easy meal that was flavorful and delicious👍😁

I love these kind of videos. Gives me ideas. That’s my favorite bread as well!! Idk if you have a Sams nearby but you can get two loafs of breads for $5!!!! Which is how much I pay for just one if not more in other stores.
