I just got this 3x for my dad as Christmas present for his 9mm AR…it’s been great him and I are very happy. I’ve got several things from Monstrum and everything has been great, they get to you fast and they answer if you have questions or issues.
Nice!Yeah i love this 3x prism,i’m about to do a video with it and the monstrum 2x forward magnifier i got to pair with it..I agree, pretty impressed with monstrum as a company from quality to customer service!I just bought a scope from their guardian series a couple days ago. Thanks for your input, enjoy the optics👍🏼
I absolutely agree with everything you said. I have stigmatism’s in both eyes and they are both different. Red dots are out, prism’s are the way to go for me. I like the etched reticle because when the battery dies you still have a reticle. Monstrum makes a solid prism and I own a few and will continue to purchase their prisms in the future.
Thanks for the insight theo..I also have a 1-6 lpvo that actually is pretty good also.If you get the fiber optic models they are very much like a red dot on 1x and of course you can reach out at distance with the 6x.My prism’s just seem easier to use,i have the monstrum ruckus as well👍🏼
Been dealing with Monstrum for a while now. Love their product line of simplicity. Especially their stealth series scopes and their prisms. I have multiple eye issues like you and I can’t do red dots, it’s either iron sights or Monstrum as my choices. Nice review.
Yeah great company and have really liked the products so far.I’ll have to check out the stealth line,i have a bunch of optic reviews i have to do here and i like to do comparisons.Looking at that 3-18 G3 to put up against an Arken i just ordered as well👍🏼
That is its intended use really…Many have mounted them on AR’s and reported they hold zero well and love the durability.I love this thing.I just got the ghost 2x forward mounting magnifier that flips to the side and gives you 6x magnification when desired👍🏼
@@faraci5617 awesome! I've never had any optics on my guns before. I think Monstrum looks like a good beginner sight. I'm gonna check out there other options to!
@@Space-Fonzo-7I have the Cyborg and it's a great little scope for the money. It's perfectly fine and accurate to shoot for a while until maybe you save up for something more expensive in the future
I paid $59..but it was on sale for $69 just last friday.Monstrum has new deals every friday.I have since purchased the Ruckus prism which i like a little better, make sure you get the BDC reticle with the the Ruckus👍🏼

Do you think this sight would work well on an AR chambered in 556/223?
