All she had to do was tell Galaxia "yo, I know their secret identities" or something like that. She could've won and enjoyed a luxury apartment in Vegas surrounded by hot babes, but instead she died. There seems to be a running theme of Sailor Moon villains dying almost right after learning a Senshi's identity and killed off before they could tell everyone.

When you claw your way to the top by screwing over other people, you might be only screwing yourself over in the long run. That being said, even Jadeite knew who the Senshi were, and tried to tell his boss, but was killed before he could. If Beryl could have just waited and listened, she could have squashed the Sailor Senshi when they were still relatively weak. Instead she had to make a statement to her army and followers by executing one of her generals for his repeated failures. And one by one they each fell to the Sailor Senshi.
That was funny that they would use the death march song for these scenes with Sailor Iron Mouse and the phone ringing indicating that Sailor Galaxia was calling her and the look on Iron Mouse' face when she realized how much trouble she was in.
