Hi Adam, another great video! Several years ago I took a 40 hour medical first responder course offered by the EMS academy at my local community college. Highly recommend it if you have such a course near you. It’s much more than a CPR course, and geared towards police/firefighters as well as civilians who just want the training as I did. It’s basically on-scene trauma care with the tools in your kit until next level medical care arrives. Best $500 I ever spent for a course. As a result of the training I ended up building my own kit similar to what you have there. One thing you might want to consider is carrying a spare CAT or SWAT-T tourniquet on your person in a jacket pocket in case you’re riding solo, get thrown/separated from your bike and need one for yourself, but unable to access your kit. Mine fits comfortably in the large right side chest pocket of my Aerostich Roadcrafter, so I really don’t notice it, but ymmv.

I agree with carrying a good comprehensive first aid kit. I have one quite similar to yours.

Great video. Very informative. Can’t believe you didn’t have more subscribers. Plus you’re drinking a beer while doing the video. Looks like some kind of pounder, my guess is a good IPA. Keep up the good work.

I don't know how I get so lucky and have such nice people find my videos. No trolls or people being mean, just kind and friendly folks. nice to meet you, Jason. I enjoy making videos about motorcycle things and am just coming off a time when I was posting daily with a new bike build. Thanks for dropping by and have a great Summer.

Sorry Adam, that bag is NOT waterproof. It's a similar bag you can buy on Amazon and other chinese outlets. I have one, found it to get fine dust inside and yes wet. Just goes right through the zippers. But I do love the tear off setup on that. Recently bought the Mosko bag because of that and have cleaned everything and moved it over.
Your kit apprears to be missing anti-biotic ointment and a tube of liquid-skin (aka super glue). Two easy to add things from a big box store.

Thanks. I had a dialogue with the person who makes these bags (based on USA) and he confirmed as you said and recommended I put everything not sealed in a freezer bag to keep it from getting wet. Not ideal. I have also added a few items as you suggested to round out the kit and some meds.

I totally love what BMW did as far as paint job goes on YOUR tank…The black GS logo on the side of the tank looks the business😂
Now on a more serious question as far as maintenance goes, if you have any insight or whatever. Does the BMW cancel your warranty if you do maintenance on your bike or you’re a slave to the dealership thievery?? Asking for a friend 😜 Good stuff there boss

In USA, your warranty can’t be revoked for DIY maintenance and it’ll be on the manufacturer to prove your modification or maintenance caused the failure. If a turn signal stops working, they can’t say that’s your fault for doing your own oil.

@@AdamChandler86 is it under the right to repair kinda law? Thank you for your time… Dealership here quoted me the 6k service which includes a brake system flush on the first year and they added that brake job underneath the quote for an extra ( for them) $170. Thats why I asked you. Thanks again 🫡🇺🇸🌵 Come ride in Arizona with people that have no skill off road whatsoever(ME)🤣🤣

@@MRGS48 I think it was the Magnuson - Moss Warranty Act that keeps the manufacturer from voiding warranties when you maintain your bike. If you do your own maintenance, make sure you keep records of what and when it was done. Typically, folks write the info (date, mileage, work done) on the back of the receipt for the materials needed to do the work. If you need a warranty claim, you'll want proof that you've been maintaining the bike.

Right to Repair is state-by-state and that's slightly different. For you, it's the federal law the prohibits a dealer from denying a warranty claim unless they can prove your work caused the issue. Arizona has some great riding!!!!
