Centre can't do everything but only can provide external support. You guys need to choose the best state govt which can work for the welfare of the state. My advice is please make associations of intellectuals, students, advocates, professors etc to educate people to use their vote for electing a responsible and sensitive govt which will in turn work for the development of the state.
