This definitely was NOT recorded in 1972 but maybe there was an original version that was recorded that year. This sounds more like it was recorded around 1979/1980 (after soca was established) around the same time that Scrunter's "Woman On The Bass" was recorded. I know for sure that Art DeCoteau was the arranger of this track.
